Refund policy
At Foyle Supply Co. customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident with every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
